SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures)
We go above and beyond what’s required. For example:
To maintain consistency at all locations, including third-party suppliers, our corporate HACCP Coordinator monitors compliance and recommends improvements.
To assure conformance to customer specs, our corporate Quality Assurance Auditor internally audits records from all locations.
